Okay, let's say your subhead is right and only one side has those things---so, okay, the Democrats control the presidency, both houses of Congress and thus the guns that matter (the military), they've completely disregarded key aspects of the Constitution in order to promote anti-COVID policies (First Amendment alone--not allowing religious to congregate, teaming up with Big Tech to censor "misinformation", etc.) and half of Democrats recently polled believe the unvaxxed should be kept in their houses except in emergencies.
