I appreciate you speaking to the sign energies (not my forte) in a way that was very evocative for me, as someone who is very much grappling with the inner call to express my authentic self without retreating to my "Cancerian cave" (I have my natal Sun and Moon at 22 and 28 degrees of Cancer, respectively).
More generally, I note that the Edinburgh Fringe Festival—the world's largest performing arts festival—occurs every year in Leo season and is always packed with solo performers who are courageously putting it all out there for the whole world to see! I hazard that this type of festival is to Leo season what Halloween is to Scorpio season.
I'll tell you something funny about the writing/editing process of that "Cancerian cave." My editor was fond of that image, and I told him that due to my love for alliteration and the image I saw in my mind, it was a "Cancerian cave in a cove! However, we both agreed it would be a bit too far. Still, I was seeing one of those sea caves protected by a cove where crabs could hang out, lol.
Anyway, it seems your Sun must be right on my ASC at 22 Cancer, and with your Moon at home in that sign, I thought you might appreciate the extra image.
Last, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival certainly sounds like a great tribute to Leo. Considering that Leo Season is mid-summer and Scorpio season is mid-fall, it makes sense that it's the Leo Season is equivalent to Halloween.
