Hi Kevin---Thanks for your feedback. And sorry to hear about your struggles. I suppose if that was happening with me, I'd probably do some of the body-embodiment/grounding techniques I've picked up over the past few years---mostly, taking walks in the quieter parts of the day, and going to some land where I could take my socks and shoes off and put my bare feet directly on the Earth. IME, that last one really does seem to bring me "down to Earth" and things can slow down a bit so I can make more mental sense of them. Oh, and last but certainly not least, giving myself some extra time for sleeping! I think this is already something most of us would benefit from---especially in the darker seasons. I think Nature gives us all these hints about how to adjust our daily experience, so I try to tune into them and then, if I'm not too stubborn, follow the advice given! Anyway, hang in there!
