Here is the essay where I “argued against myself.” I just read the first half of it out loud for my podcast and still think it’s beautiful, profound AND logical.

Personally, I think me and my friend were both dealing with some heavy life issues at the time of our falling out and when she said this, so her comment was driven by emotion rather than logic.
